Bill and Clay arrived and performed exceptional tile work. They were honest about any potential obstacles that might arise during the project. Despite the uneven flooring in one of the rooms, they were still able to install the tiles beautifully, resulting in a flawless and even appearance.

I collaborated with the proprietor, Bill, on a sizable project involving a new home. My tasks included restructuring the kitchen backsplash, installing a marble wall in the powder room, retiling the shower enclosure downstairs, and conducting a comprehensive overhaul of the master bathroom. The latter entailed upgrading the floors, adding a glass wall and retiling the shower enclosure to accommodate a steam system. Bill's attention to detail and professional acumen were evident in the exceptional end result. While he does take his time, the results are well worth any wait if you are patient. In addition, his prices are extremely reasonable. He even extended contractor pricing on materials I provided. Communication was a breeze as he quickly responded to text messages. My sincere appreciation to the Curran team for a remarkable job!

After our original contractor went bankrupt during the project, we found ourselves in a difficult situation. Our showers were improperly installed and we needed a reliable and local contractor who was willing to take on a messy project. Bill Curran stepped in and devised a strategy. For two weeks, he and his team arrived punctually every day at 8 am, starting with demolishing the unreliable first work on our shower tiles before skilfully reconstructing them to produce a new and spectacular finish. Furthermore, he finished the incomplete stack stone work in the entryway and the entire kitchen backsplash glass tile. We are immensely grateful to Bill and his team for helping us get our renovation back on track. The final output is stunning. We'll share a before and mid-way photo.
