I must say, this is the best customer service experience I've had in quite a while. I felt hopeless when my computer gave out, but to my surprise, it was fixed within a few hours. The young man who helped me went above and beyond my expectations and I highly recommend him.

We had to replace the laptop screen on our HP Spectre Touchscreen. Though he tried, the repairman ended up breaking the bracket while attempting to replace the screen. Consequently, we now require a new lid and screen. While the repairman refunded the charges as he couldn't complete the repair, the overall cost of the job has now doubled. The first two photos depict the replacement screen, whereas the third photo showcases the original screen that we initially wanted to replace.
