Culinary Collections (Traveling Chef Services)

Although we haven't officially confirmed Culinary Collections as our Association's signature Chef partner, their performance during the bidding process has been exceptional.

Even though I made a last-minute request, he managed to accommodate me within 24 hours. My friends couldn't stop raving about the delicious brunch items he served. He clearly knew what he was doing, and his clean-up was impeccable. Additionally, he had a great personality.

I just had an incredible Valentine's Day dinner hosted by Chef Dre and Vee from @culinary.collections. They arrived and got straight to work, setting the table, mixing cocktails, and preparing the food. Their energy and communication were fantastic, and the food was mouthwatering. We enjoyed juicy garlic-infused lamb, truffle butter potatoes, asparagus, a sweet garden salad with balsamic vinaigrette, and a chocolate mixed-berry lava cake. Culinary Collections drove two hours from Chicago to Champaign, IL to make my partner's Valentine's Day unforgettable. This was my first time hiring a private chef, and I'm picky, but I'll definitely book with them again. Feel free to DM me for pictures. Chef Dre and his team assisted us with our event, ensuring everyone had a positive experience. The food surpassed expectations and our requests were accommodated seamlessly. Overall, the occasion was an enjoyable and thrilling time for all attendees.

Chef Patrick was amazing. He prepared a 5-course meal with additional appetizers, and each dish was absolutely fantastic. His at-home chef services were of the highest quality.
