Operating since 2000, we are a professional pet sitting company in the Cleveland area that has been voted as the top choice for 2018 on Cleveland's Hot List. Our team of animal lovers treats each pet as if they were our own, and many of our clients have been with us for over a decade. We use a full staff of pet sitters to ensure that your visits are always completed, and we are bonded and insured for added peace of mind.

We use our online pet sitting app to update clients daily, send them a checklist of all that was done on each trip, and include detailed notes and plenty of pictures. There's no need to worry about your pet's well-being with us because, whether you're away for a day or a week, we customize each 30-minute visit to suit your pet's individual needs. We do not charge extra for administering medication or taking care of additional pets, and we also handle mail, packages, trash, watering plants, and maintaining a "lived-in" look in your home while you're gone.

We know that pets feel most comfortable in their own homes, which is why we offer compassionate care to keep your pet healthy and happy when you can't be there.

Seven years ago, I had the pleasure of meeting Diana. From the get-go, it was evident that I had made an excellent decision in entrusting our furry friends under her watch. Diana is our favorite caregiver for our 3 cats and dog. She is caring, flexible, and reliable. When our previous dog, Kona, needed medicine within a strict half-hour window due to congestive heart failure, finding a solution was extremely stressful. However, when we met Diana, there was an instant bond between her and Kona. Once Diana took over the daily midday trips, we were never worried about Kona's well-being. Diana treated Kona like her own and our cats are now even excited to see her, which is a significant change from their previous fear of the front door opening.
