I was uncertain about where to begin my fire academy training. However, after scheduling sessions with CT, my initial hip pain was immediately treated and we began focusing on weight training and cardio to prepare me. Thanks to his guidance and expertise, I was able to successfully pass on my first attempt. Although I am now heading to Northern CA, I intend to continue my training with CT as soon as I return. I began my college volleyball training with Christian, focusing mainly on improving my shoulder strength and increasing my vertical jump. He also provided valuable advice on my diet. Thanks to his guidance, I gained better stability, experienced less knee pain, and achieved higher jumps. I still use his recommended warm-up routine, which has been very effective. Additionally, the gym has a fun atmosphere, with video games and colorful disco lights. Plus, celebrities are frequent visitors! I enjoyed the experience so much that I plan to train there every summer, and highly recommend it to any college athlete.

From the very beginning, Christian demonstrated immense patience and provided me with aid.
