C&S provided excellent communication throughout the project. They replaced two rusted diamond steel landings on our metal porch with professionalism and ease. Their punctuality and efficiency were impressive, as they arrived on time, fully equipped with materials and tools, and wasted no time getting to work. C&S also offered invaluable advice on how to proceed. Unlike other companies who suggested welding new steel plates over the old rusted plates, C&S acknowledged the unsightly outcome that would have resulted and instead opted to remove the old rusted welded pieces, which were attached to the railing in several places, and replaced them with new ones. The cleanup was meticulous, leaving the area spotless, and the rusted materials were removed from the premises. We are exceedingly pleased with the quality of the work, the responsiveness of C&S, and their reasonable pricing.
