We aid our clients in conquering self-sabotage, cravings and overeating, emotional eating, fears of failure, stress, overwhelm and frustration through the following methods:
1) Nutrition: We provide crystal clear insights on what to eat in every situation. You'll gain knowledge on how to eat for weight loss, maintenance, and for sustained wellbeing without strict meal plans, calorie counting, or macro tracking. Our Food Freedom strategy allows you to enjoy your favorite foods without any feelings of deprivation.
2) Fitness: We assist you in creating a realistic and structured fitness routine that seamlessly blends with your busy life, leading to weight loss and toning up. You have the freedom to select between Kristin's workouts, your preferred workouts or classes, or a combination of both. Starting small, we will work together to design a fitness plan that you are comfortable with - even if it's just walking!
3) Motivation/Mindset: This element plays an enormous role in your success. We provide the necessary tools and guidance to help you overcome any obstacle, especially your thoughts and emotions. People who overeat, lack consistency, or have strong cravings benefit tremendously from this approach.
4) Accountability: We keep you accountable, celebrate your successes, and collaborate with you to troubleshoot any issues that may arise during your health and weight loss journey.
