For those who are committed to their physical health, I highly recommend seeking out Sean's expertise. During the six months that I worked with Sean, I gained an abundance of knowledge regarding all aspects of overall fitness - not solely lifting weights. Sean works with clients to improve their diet, mobility, and exercise routine.
Before working with Sean, I was working out five days a week by focusing on push-pull routines, but was left with mediocre results. However, after meeting with Sean and changing my workout structure to 2-3 days per week and emphasizing compound movements, I could see significant progress in just three months. Sean also monitored my carb and protein intake and educated me about concepts like one rep max and eating habits.
