Upon settling into our new abode, we quickly noted our inability to fathom the pool machinery and the dismal state of the two pool lights. However, Jason intervened with a crash course on the equipment and an offer to substitute the non-functional lights. Jason's service was exceptional. Despite my limited knowledge of my pool's mechanical system, I knew something was wrong as the heat pump wasn't warming up the pool sufficiently. Jason was quick to respond to my inquiry on a Saturday and scheduled an appointment with me for Monday. Additionally, he notified me 30 minutes before arriving.
Upon arrival, Jason immediately instilled confidence with his professionalism and clear communication of his diagnostic thought process. He successfully identified the problem, which turned out to be minor and the result of the the company I pay a monthly fee to not fulfilling their maintenance duties. He skillfully remedied the problem and my pool is now ready for visiting guests during the holidays. Jason's work was simply awesome.
