We appreciated the service provided on short notice, resulting in a fee of $50 instead of the advertised $10 on CrackerJack. Unable to wait, we proceeded to CRI's location for notarization of our document. We received excellent service from Charlyne, who was meticulous and conducted herself professionally. However, we were taken aback by the unexpected steep increase in the fee.
