Healthcare is my whole universe! Since the mid 90s, I've immersed myself in the healthcare industry, working in various positions in assisted living facilities and hospitals. I've taken on roles such as caregiver, group home manager, respiratory therapist, and presently, assistant living administrator and healthcare instructor. Additionally, I've also spent a decade as a respiratory therapist in the Army from 2008-2018.

In general, the course provided valuable information on CPR/BLS and covered essential aspects of the topic. However, it's important to mention that the instructor didn't give an opportunity to practice on a dummy with supervision, which would have been beneficial for a novice like me who hasn't taken a CPR course before.

The class provided a great deal of knowledge and was quite engaging, as opposed to outdated video materials. The instructor elaborated on various emergency situations and their corresponding responses. Despite being required to undergo CPR training for the last decade and a half for employment purposes, I found this class to be the most beneficial.
