Ricky is truly exceptional! He is an incredibly effective communicator who is both fast and professional, providing transparent updates at every stage of the construction process. He is also lightning-fast in responding to emails and addressing any concerns. The only issue we encountered was a lack of clear communication between him and his crew, resulting in a few things that we had explicitly agreed not to do being mistakenly done (such as using the upstairs bathroom, fixing the basement light, puttied the cracked sill despite our request not to). Nonetheless, the quality of the work itself was outstanding. We had five ceilings and two rooms replaced with sheet rock, and the job was finished on time and at a reasonable cost. Despite the crew's shortcomings, we are very satisfied with the overall outcome.

Ricky and his team delivered a meticulous, prompt, and expert service. They maintained continuous communication during every phase of the project, giving complete disclosure on expenses and actions taken. They worked swiftly and ensured the site was always spick and span. The results surpassed our anticipations. We extend our heartfelt appreciation to the team!

Working with Ricky and his team was an awesome experience. Despite other contractors declining the job, they gladly accepted the not-so-exciting task of basement structural beam work and treated us like VIP customers. Their contracts and work details were crystal clear, communication was impeccable, they arrived promptly each day, and kept us updated with frequent text and email updates and photos. The job site was always tidy by the end of each day, and they were attentive to our needs throughout the project, making the entire process stress-free. In summary, working with Ricky and his team was a pleasure, and they made what could have been a frustrating project seem effortless.

Being a homeowner living alone, it is difficult to undertake a complete bathroom renovation. Ricky acknowledged this fact and assisted me in identifying and ranking various tasks around my home. The first task was updating the bathroom fixtures, which I anticipate to be the first of several.
