Mike was outstanding! We had discussed the arrangements via messages and confirmed it the day before. He was very courteous and punctual, and made us feel well-protected and looked after. There were 9 of us, and he drove 4 while his colleague took the other 5. The vehicle was spacious and spotless. We thoroughly enjoyed the entire trip! When I visit Miami again, Mike will definitely be my first choice!
