Be sure to conduct thorough research beforehand. Despite my attempts to be satisfied with this project, it was a disappointment when, within 30 minutes, our $500 job and tip collapsed inside our Caesars Penthouse. We had to prop it up with chairs just for the sake of appearances. The "5 for 50" turned out to be a "2," and the zero was a letter "o," as is evident from the pictures of the finished job. I also had a unique balloon that could not be delivered on time by the creative team, so they pledged to ship it to me at home. However, it has been two weeks, and the balloon has not yet arrived, which is even more frustrating because the job was already incomplete without it. The balloons were fixed to the ceiling with glue instead of helium, and the strings were not cut or curled as promised. Now I understand why they did not want anyone working with them in the room! Their professionalism was appalling, with their appearance being the worst. I have seen newspaper boys dressed better! This was a waste of money and a lesson learned! Be sure to do your research, particularly if PayPal places a 21-day hold on payments automatically! This is for a reason!

I'm so bummed I didn't take any pictures!!😩😩. Between bustling around on the day of my daughter's quinceañera and juggling so many tasks, I forgot to snap some photos!! However, I do have to say that I specifically requested a stunning balloon waterfall in hues of beige, blush, and light blue, adorned with floral arrangements. And guess what? That's exactly what I got! In terms of communication, price, and keeping everything on time, everything was fantastic! I definitely plan on hiring them again!
