Creative learning by Linda Lustig
In my life, I have two roles - that of an educator and an artist. My passion lies in merging these roles to help students. My main focus is education, and I am a certified reading specialist and special education teacher. With over 13 years of experience helping learners, I am currently pursuing my PhD and am ABD. As a teacher for children with visual impairment, I want to enhance your student's reading fluency and Braille skills. I am able to work with individuals ranging from 3-year-olds to adults and enjoy all aspects of the learning process.
My schedule is flexible, and I am available for both virtual and in-person sessions. I can provide support in the domains of reading, writing, math up to the level of geometry, in both printed and Braille formats. Additionally, I can assist learners who need help in enhancing their study skills to become lifelong learners. My philosophy of teaching is that every student can learn, and with customized strategies according to their learning style, they can achieve success.
I derive immense pleasure from helping individuals realize their potential.
Apart from education, I am also an artist and art therapist. My primary focus is in 3D sculpting in both metal and clay, though I have experience in painting and drawing as well. My passion is to mentor others into discovering themselves through art.
