With the limited space available for our kitchen remodeling, Pat provided us with helpful options. They worked professionally and diligently, completing the project on schedule. In 2018, we listed our home with the intention of downsizing and relocating closer to my workplace. Unfortunately, it did not sell, prompting us to remodel the home to better suit our needs and to prepare it for potential future sales. During a visit to Lowe's, we had an enlightening conversation with Pat, which led to our collaboration. By transforming a BR/Bath into a new living room, we established an outlet downstairs, while also revamping the kitchen and the rest of the space, and overhauling a full bathroom upstairs. Additionally, our former upstairs laundry room became a new full bathroom, requiring a lot of electrical and plumbing rerouting. Pat was a reliable partner who diligently addressed and resolved any issues, making sure we were happy every step of the way. We often brainstormed ideas together, and he always provided a range of options and solutions. This is exactly what I sought in a remodeler. Those who have seen our home since the renovation are amazed by the incredible transformation.

Throughout the project, this team proved to be effortlessly cooperative with excellent communication, adaptability, and direction towards us as their clients. Despite dealing with drywall dust, they maintained orderliness and carefully attended to every minor aspect. As a result, our newly renovated kitchen is now both stunning and highly practical.
