Chaepen and his team were hired to complete a partial fence with a gate so as to fully enclose our backyard. He was personable and articulate, and never hesitated to explain the reasoning behind his suggestions. Punctuality and professionalism were demonstrated when his crew arrived on time and immediately began the work. The quality of their craftsmanship was evident, as both team members showed great attention to detail while installing the fence on an incline. Despite issues with the back orders of the fence posts and wood, Chaepen took responsibility for the delay and worked out a mutually beneficial arrangement. Consequently, we look forward to welcoming Chaepen and his team back in the spring to address some fence-related issues.
