Alex was hired for our February 2018 wedding with less than two weeks' notice. We are extremely satisfied with the deliverables that he and his team produced, and are grateful for how they went above and beyond to provide excellent service. The entire process, from our initial conversation to the final email, was effortless and stress-free. The final outcome consisted of two brief highlight videos and a 60-minute video. However, Alex's assistance before, during, and after the wedding was of the highest quality. Here are some aspects that stood out: -Last-minute flexibility: Despite the short notice, Alex organized himself and two additional staff members to travel to Carmel Valley and capture footage throughout the day. -Attentiveness to our specifications: In our initial conversations, we shared our objectives for the video, and he balanced that with his suggestions and observations. -Clear direction with space to breathe: For all the shots, Alex gave guidance on angles, positioning, and sound equipment. We would like to extend our gratitude to Alex and the amazing Creative Cinema crew for doing a fantastic job! We brought Alex on board as our videographer for our wedding in September and it turned out to be a stroke of luck as he provided us with an incredibly professional service. Right from the get-go, his communication skills were on point and he answered all of our queries effortlessly, making us feel at ease. The contract we signed was also very helpful, as it provided us with all the information we required during the crucial pre-wedding days when we were still trying to figure out the unknowns. However, when my photographer bailed on me with a short notice, Alex came to the rescue and offered me photography services as well. Thanks to him, my stress-free search was over in no time! On the day of the wedding, Alex and Morgan arrived earlier than expected to capture the initial setup without any guests or crowds. The ceremony, reception, and dance were all captured with a keen eye for detail, ensuring that nothing important was missed. The delivery of the final products, which included both pictures and video, was extremely fast and we were super happy with the results. As someone who is quite picky about how I look in photographs, I loved all the pictures and cherished the videos even more.
