Avoid using this company at all costs! Their customer service is incredibly rude and unprofessional. Recently, we contacted them last minute for gift wrapping services, and were informed by their executive assistant GiGi that it would cost between $75-$90 and take 1.5 hours. When we asked for an exact number for accounting purposes, she stated the price was $175, which didn't add up to what she had previously stated. Despite our confusion, we agreed to pay the $175 so we could have the boxes wrapped in time. However, GiGi then demanded payment before any work had been completed. When we expressed our discomfort with this and offered to pay a deposit instead, she became defensive and insisted on full payment upfront. This behavior is absolutely unacceptable and shows a major lack of customer service skills. Do yourself a favor and choose a different company for your needs.

My mother's 60th birthday party was a success thanks to the amazing team that helped out. Even though I was exhausted from all the prep work, Ms. Dominique and her team took over and allowed me to relax. At 5 o'clock, when the event was supposed to start, I was still trying to put some finishing touches on everything. But Ms. Dominique took care of everything and even thought of things before I asked. All the guests were pleased with how smoothly everything went. The team even helped with cleaning up afterward. I am especially grateful for Ms. Dominique's kindness when she helped a guest in a wheelchair up and down the stairs. I can't express how thankful I am. Choosing to work with them was the best decision I made, and I will definitely do it again.
