The team at CMW is truly incredible! I have attempted various diets in the past in hopes of shedding weight, but never managed to maintain my progress in the long haul. However, this program was different. In addition to teaching me how to restructure my nutrition plan, I learned how to identify and address emotional triggers that have always impeded my success. It never occurred to me that a nutritionist could help me with my emotional eating, and I'm incredibly grateful for this newfound knowledge as it has significantly impacted my overall triumph. After completing the 12 week program, I lost 12.6 pounds and gained 4.1% muscle mass. Not only do I feel better physically, but I'm also in a better mental state than I was over a decade ago. Kristin and her team are truly amazing! Before starting this program, I was filled with fear and uncertainty. However, Kristin's guidance and expertise helped me achieve the change I was looking for. This past year has proven to be quite challenging for me. I've encountered some health issues that have resulted in noticeable weight gain. It was a difficult time, but luckily I found CMW to be the community and support system that I needed. The program was incredibly comprehensive and I found Kristin's challenging and ever-evolving workouts to be both motivating and rewarding. Through CMW, I gained a greater understanding of nutrition and how to implement sustainable changes that felt good. Additionally, I learned about the importance of hydration and movement outside of traditional exercise. Prior to CMW, I had not maintained a consistent fitness practice, but now I work out 4-5 times per week, walk daily, and have taken a more mindful approach to my nutrition. The coaches, community, and focus on mindset work were all highlights of the program. I highly recommend CMW to anyone looking for a female-led community dedicated to personalized health. The coaches are responsive and supportive, and you never feel alone on your journey to better health.

Kristen and her team have just completed my 12-week program, and I now have a wealth of knowledge on fitness, nutrition, and mindset. Despite losing 16 pounds and counting, the program's focus remains on sustainable health for the long term. I have much more energy, manage on 80% less caffeine, sleep better, shop and cook with confidence, and have stopped compulsive snacking. Kristen even tailored workouts to accommodate my Rheumatoid Arthritis, and I am delighted with the results. While I didn't fully explore her website, videos, FB group, or team of coaches, I am immensely grateful for Kristen's and her team's support.

Commencing my six-week journey amidst the midst of holiday season, I contemplated that if the program were truly efficacious, embarking on it during the most arduous time of year would prove beneficial.
