Matthew and CPI exceeded our expectations. When we discovered a leak from our first story ceiling light fixture on New Year's Eve, we contacted CPI through CrackerJack and received a prompt response within an hour. Matthew scheduled an appointment the following day, communicating with us leading up to the appointment, and arrived on time. Throughout the process, his professionalism and expertise were evident. Matthew was careful to find the source of the leak before cutting into our drywall, limiting any potential damage and reducing expenses. He located the leak and replaced the corroded area at a fair price. Additionally, he offered helpful tips to prevent future leaks without being pushy or sales-focused. We cannot recommend CPI and Matthew enough and will undoubtedly call on them in the future (although hopefully not too soon!).
