Chase is an exceptional trainer who has collaborated with me to comprehend my fitness goals and devise effective exercise routines. His sessions are characterized by professionalism and attentiveness, along with his remarkable ability to provide guidance and feedback on proper form. Although he is an advocate for pushing oneself, he does not resort to yelling as a motivational tactic. Considering that I am quite tall, Chase has been particularly adept at customizing my workout routine and providing feedback on form to mitigate injury risks. He is also easy-going in regards to scheduling conflicts, making arrangements for rescheduling and offering helpful advice to ensure that I maintain the workout regimen on my own time.
