When water came rushing down the hill behind our home and seeped through the windows into our basement, I sought assistance. The water had poured in, leaving an inch-thick layer of standing water. Despite our best efforts to vacuum up the water, the mud had already caked onto the floor, leaving us uncertain of what to do next. Fortunately, Cousins Cleaning responded within five minutes of my request for help, and they arrived at our house within twenty minutes. They advised us on various methods for handling the situation, including removing the baseboards ourselves after the mud had been removed. After steam-cleaning the floor and spraying it with an antimicrobial solution for added protection, the Cousins Cleaning team left our basement in a state that I never could have achieved with traditional cleaning methods. Cousin's Cleaning's Chris is an excellent worker who is both friendly and diligent. Upon arrival at my house, he promptly began moving all of my furniture alone and immediately started cleaning my carpets. In a short amount of time, he completed the job to perfection. Even when rusty water was spilled during the removal of the previous hot water heater, Chris had no issue redoing sections of the carpet to restore it to a like-new condition.
