Gary's performance was superb. He was highly communicative, maintained punctuality (excluding the first appointment where he promptly informed me beforehand), and resolved my issue efficiently. Additionally, he detected and resolved some previous complications due to the recent reconstruction. His meticulousness and comprehension of regulations prevented any potential leaks that could have resulted in a major setback.
