As a former patron of the original Cornbread & Caviar restaurant, I had experienced outstanding Aviance and delicious food. The closure of the restaurant broke my heart, but my disappointment didn't last long once I learned about their catering service. Chef Carlton and his team did an excellent job catering my sister's pre-wedding party which was highly acclaimed. Since then, their oxtails have become a staple at my family's Thanksgiving celebrations. I was pleasantly surprised by their lasagna dish at this past Christmas and was thrilled to learn that they even bake! What impresses me most is their consistency - I have never had a bad experience. Their diverse menu is also worth mentioning, earning them a well-deserved 5-star rating.
