Today, Cruz and his team exhibited an outstanding performance! They conducted themselves professionally as they shared valuable observations concerning the fireplace and Chimney, to avert possible water damage to my ceilings. Furthermore, they fixed the missing damper handle and cleaned the chimney using chemicals that are not destructive. Unlike the other firm that used chemicals that I did not prefer, hence why I did not seek their services. I strongly endorse Cruz and his team for any fireplace/chimney maintenance and repairs!

Cruz and his team conducted the inspection TOGETHER with me, ensuring that I wouldn't be deceived and that I would get my money's worth. During the inspection, we discovered clogged ducts, unchanged filters, and widespread MOLD throughout the ventilation system. It appeared that the previous owner hadn't bothered to clean the ducts in at least half a decade. Cruz remedied the situation by replacing the ducts, swapping out the filters, and installing a UV lamp to prevent any future mold growth. All of this was done at a reasonable cost.

Cruz and his team conducted themselves with utmost professionalism and exhibited courtesy throughout the project. Their adherence to all deadlines and tireless work ethic ensured timely and satisfactory completion of the job. Moreover, they maintained cleanliness by laying down drop cloths and wearing shoe covers.
