Silvestre and his team did an exceptional job on our 2800 square foot home by covering all our furniture and high-traffic areas with plastic to avoid any mess. Moreover, they even took the initiative to sweep and vacuum thoroughly when they finished. We enlisted their services for spray foam insulation, specifically the open cell variant, on our house, garage, and detached garage. The difference is night and day! It's not even summer yet, and the attic temperature was 105 degrees Fahrenheit on an 85-degree day. In the past, I have observed it reach 120-127 degrees. After they sprayed the foam, I measured the temperature during an 85-degree day, and it registered 80.5 degrees in the attic. I was amazed! We are excited about the money we will save on our electric bills in the future. Additionally, I'm attaching a few photographs from when they removed the old insulation. It was a challenging job, especially in the heat!
