The team that arrived was fantastic! As a mother who spends most of her time cleaning, it was a blessing to indulge in their services. Although their added touches of folding towels into bows and adding flowers were delightful, their exceptional attention to detail for my home was remarkable. I would gladly employ them once more! Our house was cleaned excellently by Copacabana cleaning. It was very easy to schedule with them, and they communicated promptly. Although there was a slight miscommunication between a deep clean and the standard clean we usually get, Vagma misunderstood and assumed that we didn't want the deep cleaning. However, the cleaners that came to our house had already started deep cleaning. To resolve this issue, Vagma offered us a lower rate than the deep clean rate and skipped the blinds and window cleaning. Overall, we are happy with the cleaning, and our house smells fresh.
