The repair of my iPad 12.9 screen was done beautifully and at a reasonable cost. Rick promptly responded to my request and his pick up and drop off service at my location was amazing. Although I was initially nervous due to a few reviews from people who mentioned waiting for a response, Rick delivered beyond my expectations, even though he arrived an hour later than initially indicated. It seems that editing or following up on reviews on this platform can be challenging.
