The HVAC repairs were handled swiftly and executed to a high standard. Our technician was friendly, proficient and arrived within an hour of being contacted. Despite it being a particularly busy time for HVAC repairs, he completed all the necessary repairs promptly and willingly stayed a little longer to install our new Nest thermostat. He even went the extra mile to assist us in setting it up on our mobile device. I'm extremely pleased with the work done by Cool-Aide. The smart home thermostats were malfunctioning, and several Ice Air PTAC units had to be rewired. I posted a request and received a prompt response. Cool-Aide arrived on the same day, completed the task efficiently, and left the area in immaculate condition. Working with Marcus was an exceptional experience. He proffered recommendations for modernizing the thermostats of a complicated hydronic heating system that comprises over 10 zones.
