Greetings! My name is Chef Daniel, a Colombian-American chef with diverse culinary expertise. I received professional training from Le Cordon Bleu in Pasadena and have had the extraordinary opportunity to work alongside renowned chefs such as Border Grill, Roy Choi, Gordon Ramsey and Summit House in Orange County. Thanks to my extensive experience, I can creatively customize dishes ranging from my scrumptious carne asada to vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free menus. Besides, I am currently representing Firefly, Tacos & Beer, and Graze Kitchen (our Plant Powered vegan project) as their catering chef.
Cooking is my passion, and I enjoy inspiring others to cook and experience delectable flavors. My approach to teaching revolves around simplicity and replicability, making the learning experience enjoyable and effortless. For me, wellness is crucial, and I'm glad to assist others in starting and maintaining a healthy life.

Our bachelor party was made awesome by Daniel's excellent services. He was highly responsive and provided us with a wide range of options. The food was fantastic, and he was an overall great guy. I would definitely recommend him for any home chef or events.

Our Holiday Party this year was catered by Chef Daniel, and my level of satisfaction was beyond words. In addition to personally designing and preparing the menu for the event, he brought along a bartender to serve wine and beer to our staff, ensuring that everyone could simply indulge in the joy of the evening. Hosting a party can be quite daunting, but Daniel put me at ease by handling all the food arrangements. The food was simply exquisite, and every single person thoroughly savored the dinner.
