Chef Anthony arrived one hour prior to the serving of the initial appetizer. He brought along all of his own cooking equipment and pans, leaving us with just the responsibility of providing plates and silverware. In honor of our anniversary, my wife and I were able to tailor our main course and sides with the assistance of Chef Anthony. Every dish was delectable, and the chef provided valuable explanations and tips with every meal he prepared. We opted for crab cakes and candied walnut strawberry salad as our appetizer, while our main course of filet mignon, lobster, mashed potatoes, and creamed spinach were all customized according to our preferences. A delicious dessert of bananas foster finished off our meal, and we would highly recommend Chef Anthony to anyone in search of an exceptional culinary experience.
