After being promised that "everything would be up to code" by this company, we had a terrible experience. We discovered numerous code violations that put my family's safety at risk, including unsupported deck stairs and landing, and poorly attached concrete footers. Despite our requests to bring these issues up to code, we were informed that additional charges would apply, on top of already inflated material costs that were over 60% higher than the original estimate. Due to the significant breach of trust, we were forced to terminate their services and will be pursuing action with the BBB and other appropriate channels. Correcting their mistakes will result in additional expenses for us, and as a result, we cannot recommend this company to anyone.

Carlos and his team provided me with an excellent service. They were punctual, professional, and courteous throughout the installation of my basement floors and effectively preventing water damage. Overall, it was a great experience working with them.
