I was thrilled to discover this incredible fitness community in Martinez! Given that I often work from home and had just entered my thirties, staying active was a priority for me. Although I tried going to the gym, I quickly realized that I lacked direction. From the onset, Brandon attentively heard my goals and I immediately felt comfortable. After a few months of attending, I now feel like I'm exercising with a companion. The workouts vary, and I definitely feel the intensity afterward. I highly recommend giving this group a shot!

It's been wonderful exercising alongside Brandon. I consider myself quite active, but I wanted to enhance my fitness regimen with some assistance. Since I had recently undergone surgery on my foot and was dealing with a sore knee in addition, I needed someone who would tailor my workout to my physical abilities and limitations, without causing any further harm. I've worked with a number of trainers before, so I understand how crucial this aspect is. Brandon is not only skilled at doing so but also delightful to converse with at the early hour of 6 in the morning.

As I approached my thirties, I found that I was getting injured more frequently while performing everyday tasks such as bending over, jogging, and hiking. However, Brandon took the time to attentively listen to my concerns and objectives, devising a comprehensive plan that focused on functional fitness. Since collaborating with Brandon, the frequency of my injuries has reduced, and I feel stronger overall, leading to an enhanced quality of life. To keep things engaging and exciting, Brandon mixes up the workouts, incorporating TRX, battle ropes, jump ropes, among other equipment. Moreover, Brandon possesses an amicable persona, making him a joy to work with. Don't hesitate to work with him!

Following my initial boot camp experience, I promptly ceased smoking. While attempting an intimidating workout, I failed to endure it. Nevertheless, it turned out to be a hidden blessing as I have been tobacco-free for one month since then :) I'm also enthusiastic about Sundays, as opposed to my previous lounging inactivity.

Brandon is an exceptional trainer and I am incredibly grateful to work with him. While I have had personal trainers in the past, Brandon stands out as the best. He is highly adaptable, capable of providing me with challenging workouts without putting me at risk of injury. In addition, he has a background in physical therapy, which means he is incredibly conscientious about my safety. I appreciate this level of care and attention. I was so impressed with Brandon that I recommended him to my partner, and now we work out with him twice a week as a team. Even when we had to make last minute changes to our schedule, Brandon was accommodating and professional. He is a genuinely great person, and I always look forward to our sessions together.
