After requesting an estimate, Chris promptly arrived within a few days and assured me that the project could be completed by the same week! The price quoted was very affordable, and I am delighted with the outcome. Since the rainy days, my roof has not leaked at all, and there were no unwanted debris left on my property after the work was finished. I would certainly choose them again for any future projects!

My century-old three-story home required a complete re-roofing and new eaves-troughs which Conrad Consulting accomplished seamlessly, including the decking. The quote given was comparable to two others, though replacement of the eaves-troughs became necessary, which was promptly and fairly addressed by CCR. A few minor additional repairs were also taken care of at no extra cost. Despite weather challenges, the diligent and timely roofers and eaves-trough installers maintained regular communication throughout the process. My home is now sealed tight against the weather, and I am confident in its protection. Except now, I need to go release a squirrel that got trapped on the wrong side of the sealing.

Recently, I had some renovations done to my basement which included the installation of a humidifier system and encapsulation of the crawl space. Additionally, I had a new smaller deck and windows put in place of a larger deck that was removed previously. Despite the previous workers not removing the old deck properly, Conrad was able to remove the ledger support board and cover exposed areas to prevent unwanted elements and wildlife from entering my home. Conrad and his team were always professional in communication and provided multiple budget-friendly options to choose from. The entire project was completed efficiently and the end result looks fantastic! They even replaced the cover of an old Bilco door and shingled it. I am really pleased with their work and am already planning on hiring them again for my bathroom remodel. I highly recommend Conrad for any of your remodeling needs!

I anticipate upgrading my rating once the work is finished. The project began just over two weeks ago and proceeded expeditiously during the initial ten days. We opted to replace our roof and gutters, but unfortunately, the repair of their vehicle has extended the usual timeline. Despite the delay, we are satisfied as the crew had maintained a pristine working area, and we did not encounter any safety concerns. Furthermore, the friendly workers have taken care to produce quality results. While they have communicated any schedule changes for their eventual arrival, we remain eager to see the completed outcome. Update: The work has concluded, and the gutters were installed in a single afternoon. We received clear communication regarding the delay. On the final inspection walkthrough, the project manager, Kevin, noticed that the metal drip edge on our balcony was not the correct color, so he had a painter come out and use our exact trim shade to match. Not only did the project remain within the quoted budget, but we received the invoice promptly at the end of the work.
