At the young age of 7, my fitness journey began with Karate. Through this discipline, I developed not only physical strength but also acquired valuable life skills such as self motivation and dedication towards achieving my goals. As a personal trainer, I strive to instill these traits into my clients through my bespoke workout programs. Over the years, I have explored various martial arts including Jiu Jitsu and Kickboxing, eventually earning my 4th Degree Black Belt in Karate. In 2016, I took up the mantle of a teacher and helped students of all ages and backgrounds gain confidence, lose weight and improve their fitness levels. My quest for knowledge led me to become a certified personal trainer in 2020, allowing me to provide a more comprehensive approach to weight loss and strength training while still incorporating martial arts and self defense practices.
My workout programs are designed to be fun and engaging, combining the tenets of martial arts with traditional personal training to provide a truly personalized experience. Whether you prefer private 1-on-1 sessions or group classes, my regimen can help you achieve your goals, build confidence, lose weight, tone your physique, and acquire new skills along the way.

A few months back, I contacted Connor to try out kickboxing as I was keen on acquiring new skills, attaining some cardio and self-defense training. Fortunately, it turned out to be an excellent decision! We have been training together 1-2 times per week and have been making significant strides.
