Prior to beginning voice lessons with Deanna, I lacked confidence in my stage presence and had a weak voice. Although I may not have a booming voice yet, Deanna's guidance allowed me to surpass my own limitations. Initially, I had limited singing experience and approached it roughly without any warm-ups, oblivious to the potential harm of straining. If I had continued down this path, I would have jeopardized my vocal cords. While I had heard about precautions taken by singers, I dismissed them as obsessiveness or myths. Deanna's approach to teaching made me feel welcomed and comfortable while learning new techniques and being introduced to music theory. I quickly picked up on concepts and never hesitated to ask questions due to her considerate, patient, and observant nature. Through Deanna's instruction, I have gained knowledge in reading music and enhanced my stage presence. I enjoyed working with her and the cast, and will use this experience as a reference for future performances. I strongly urge other vocalists to seek Deanna's guidance if they wish to elevate their voice to an ultimate instrument in their performances.

Deanna has been an outstanding piano instructor for our 5-year-old right from the beginning, and he eagerly rushes inside every week for his lessons. Although it has only been a few months, we can perceive his enhanced comprehension of the way the piano operates.
