Our standard repair services typically take 1-2.5 billable hours, ranging from $97-$160. To ensure the safety of your data, we conduct backups to prevent any loss during the process. If the cost of a repair outweighs its benefits, we will inform you and offer alternative solutions.

I have the opportunity to see many of our clients' children and grandchildren grow up and meet their family members, neighbors, and colleagues. Through their joys and sorrows, we take pride in our jobs and remain dedicated to our craft. Our youngest employees, Sylas and Luci, contribute to our team by greeting clients and distributing candy. Sadie, our 12-year-old employee, has become our marketing and customer service specialist after a promotion.

It's incredibly frustrating when your computer malfunctions right when you need it. I was on the verge of panicking until I reached out to several repair services and found Computer Services of Michigan. After a phone conversation with Maureen, I knew I had made the right decision. Since it was a Friday, I anticipated a lengthy wait time before I could retrieve my computer. However, I received a call shortly after dropping it off, where Maureen thoroughly explained the issue. Furthermore, they were able to salvage all of my data and transfer it to a recommended SSD. I was elated to pick up my computer on Monday; it looked brand new and ran at an impressive speed.
