When I needed help with my VoIP phone system, I reached out to Computer Screen Investigators. Nick went above and beyond by reaching out to the telephone manufacturer to determine the root cause of the problem. Despite the fact that the phone company doesn't provide customer service to end-users, Nick's authorized seller status gave him the upper hand in gaining excellent communication with the manufacturer. Nick was extraordinarily easy to work with over the phone and via his remote assistance system, and he provided a fast and thorough diagnosis at a reasonable price. I am impressed with his services and will definitely be seeking his assistance again for both my home and office needs.
