Our process is hassle-free and straightforward. Data recovery costs $100.00 for normal hard drives and $200.00 for SSD hard drives. The diagnostic fee is a fixed price of $80.00, and we don't charge per hour. Payment is taken upfront once the diagnostic is complete, and if additional parts are required, we will inform you and provide you with the necessary price. Payment must be made before delivery if we pick up your device. If we cannot fix your issue, the diagnostic fee remains at $80.00. Our priority is to ensure that our customers are satisfied with our service.
We assist in replacing broken screens. For Apple devices, please provide us with your A1492 model or serial number, and we will give you the exact cost, whereas for Windows devices, please provide us with your model or serial number, and we will provide you with the cost of the screen and installation at $60.00. All our parts come with a one-year manufacturer warranty and can be replaced for free upon contacting us.
Our prices listed on CrackerJack represent the prices of our services, but we offer discounts and will work with you to provide the most reasonable price. We do not charge for travel and charge per job, not per hour. If you pay in cash, we offer a 10% discount after services are completed.
