Jim, who I found to be amazing, was prompt, behaved professionally, and guided me through his process. Regrettably, we couldn't go with him since we had already procured windows from a different firm. Nonetheless, when I tackle my next rehabilitation project, he will be my first port of call for window fitting because their rates are very competitive.
