I arrived late last night, quickly identified the problem, and returned this morning to successfully repair my furnace.

A kind-hearted man assisted me in replacing my over 30 year old furnace and air conditioning unit with a new one just in time before it broke down. Their response was prompt, they ordered the necessary parts and installed it within a few days. We are thrilled with the outcome, and the new unit is significantly quieter. I have stayed in contact with the installer, and he always promptly answers any queries I have. Comfort-Aire would definitely be my first choice should the need arise again.

Initially, I discovered him on CrackerJack along with another enterprise, and I released emails to both entities. Out of the two, Ronier was the first to respond, and we arranged a meeting. During the course of our meeting, Ronier provided me with various options and his opinions on what would be the best approach. Once we had agreed on a plan, we scheduled the installation. Ronier, along with his son and another worker, completed the task in roughly three hours. Upon completion, they tidied up the area and disposed of the old units. Ronier and his team were incredibly pleasant, professional and offered their services at a fair price. I've already shared my experience with numerous people, and even gave a nurse I met at the hospital his contact information.
