On December 23rd, around 9pm, I requested service from Comfort Pride Services. Without delay, Pete promptly contacted me and inquired if I was available to meet, so as to investigate the problem I had with my boiler. Despite how busy the companies were, Pete not only called me immediately, but also arrived the same night, which was impressive considering the temperature had fallen to -2 degrees. I was filled with gratitude and amazement at the company's exceptional service, which went above and beyond in satisfying its customers. Pete identified the issue to be a faulty circulator pump which he promised to replace with a new one the next morning. The following day, he showed up and installed the new pump with haste. Now, the heat works perfectly! A special thank you to Comfort Pride Services for their kindness, professionalism, promptness, and willingness to assist.

Without a doubt, I give these guys 10 stars. Despite today's freezing temperature of -37°, they promptly responded to our furnace issue. The technician who came over was not only courteous but also well-informed.
