Greetings! My name is Kristi Leavitt and I am the proud proprietor of the South Denver, Colorado franchise of Color World Painting. Having grown up in the Denver area with a real estate broker as a father, I developed a passion for houses from an early age. After earning a business marketing degree from Colorado State University, I pursued a career in real estate and marketing. My experience in the industry allowed me to gain knowledge on what buyers and sellers desire when it comes to a home's appearance and functionality. This eventually led me to housepainting.
