Following my graduation from college and departure from my Division 1 wrestler days, my physical health began to rapidly decay. I struggled with the absence of the structured college athletic lifestyle and the stress of a demanding desk job with a lengthy commute, causing me to accept that I would never regain the vigor and appearance of my college days.
After a year and a half of enduring this stressful situation, I decided to approach Colin, my college teammate and former roommate, with the belief that the CHEK program could restore my health. By completing surveys to establish my metabolic type, dietary habits, and persistent conditions such as bloating and indigestion, Colin and I worked together to devise a plan for me to achieve my health goals.
Within the first eight weeks of the program, I adopted an organic Whole Foods diet, cut out white flour, salt, sugar, and dairy products. In addition, I embarked upon a new kettlebell program that focused on rehabilitating my previous wrestling injuries. As a result, I have never felt as lean and strong as I do now. Bloating and digestion issues are non-existent, and I feel more alert and less sluggish in the morning, with increased mobility in my body.
Colin has done an exceptional job of reforming my approach to food and exercise, providing me with a lifelong framework to follow. I am grateful that I reached out to Colin and reshaped my life for the better.
