Water damage was incurred as a result of the upstairs neighbor. An evaluation of the damage was conducted by Cohen Restoration and they provided a reasonable estimate which they adhered to. The replacement and installation of drywall by Ebony was exceptional as it is impossible to identify where the affected area was. I would highly recommend their services!
