Our two most popular services include a Flat Rate E-Design and Virtual Consultations.
Our consultation process includes:
1. Inquire- We will conduct a brief 10-15 minute introductory phone call to determine which designer will best support you in accomplishing your objectives.
2. Schedule- Set a date and time for your hourly consultation- either in person or virtual. You will be required to submit photos of your space ahead of time, along with a brief summary of your desired outcome.
3. The Consultation- We will equip you with everything you need to set your project in the right direction. Whether you need assistance with selecting paint colors, furniture suggestions, exact links, mood boards, or anything else, we’ve got you covered.
Lastly, we are always available to assist you whenever you are ready to book another consultation. For bigger projects, we offer a Flat Rate by the project as well.

My experience with Cody Residential was fantastic! She actively listened to my concerns about how to lay out my living room and shared her valuable input.
