For our intimate gathering, we engaged Cocktail Burners and opted for moderate portions of appetizers, entrees, and side dishes. Marcus' prompt and helpful responses to my inquiries were greatly appreciated.
He arrived early to set up and ensured that I was satisfied with the choices. The food was the highlight, with everyone raving about how delicious it was! In fact, there was hardly anything remaining after everyone departed. This is the best possible compliment a chef can receive, in my view.
