Our mission is to find solutions and avoid telling customers to start over. We believe that helping people fully utilize their machines before recommending replacing them is essential. Our goal is not to profit off of every job, but to build a loyal customer base.
Our standard fee is $80, which includes identifying and fixing most issues within half an hour of labor. Any necessary parts will be an additional cost, and customers have the option of either us pricing them or obtaining them themselves - however, in the latter case, they are fully responsible for the part's functionality and correctness.
Our data recovery service costs $150 for most devices (with a lower cost for thumb drives depending on capacity). If we are unable to recover the data, we will not charge the full fee. We understand that opening the device may be the only option, and we strive to maintain transparency and integrity in all our work.
