Description:

I offer various courses through American Heart Association (AHA) and American Safety and Health Institute (ASHI) including BLS, CPR AED, First Aid, Babysitting, and safety. Community courses are available for open enrollment in my Hampton, NH classroom, or I provide on-site courses for businesses, practices, or organizations.

Both fully classroom-based courses and blended courses - an online class with a brief hands-on skills session - are available.

With a background as a former Firefighter/EMT, mother of 4, and more than 15 years of instructing experience, I strongly believe that everyone has the potential to help someone in an emergency by learning the basics of First Aid and CPR AED skills.

I'm overjoyed when participants in my classes share their success stories with me. They've used the techniques I've taught them in various situations, from treating minor injuries to performing CPR or rescuing someone who was choking. These anecdotes reinforce that I'm offering a valuable service in teaching CPR and First Aid.

With great speed, Gail furnished us with the necessary class information and dispatched detailed and exhaustive guidelines, orientation, and frequently asked questions (FAQ) regarding the training program. Her teaching style was lucid and comprehensible, leaving me feeling self-assured and without doubts upon completing the course.

At the Dover Point Rd office, my son and I attended a First Aid and CPR/AED class alongside a dance class. The courses spanned three hours each and we appreciated the interactive engagement of both the instructor and our fellow students. The pace of the class was informative and enjoyable with the ability for questions to be asked at any time. Real-life scenarios were presented, and it might be helpful to use a dummy to identify specific body parts without causing discomfort. Our experienced and excellent instructor was fantastic, and we would gladly take another class from her again.

On two different evenings, I attended both the CPR/AED and First Aid courses with Gail. Gail is amiable, approachable, and possesses comprehensive expertise in her domain. I relished her sessions, her witty personality, and never hesitated to inquire about any doubts that surfaced. The class was outstanding and thorough. Gail incorporated Bluetooth technology, allowing us to view the depth and rate of our CPR compressions on an iPad in real-time, which was an innovative experience for me. Additionally, she made the session entertaining and enjoyable.
